  1. Soak the maize in a little water. ≈ 3 min
  2. Remove the stems, then drain. ≈ 2 min
  3. Thoroughly wash the corn, then cook it in water until it is tender.
  4. Discard the cooking water and pour in regular coconut milk. ≈ 3 min
  5. As soon as the mixture comes to a boil, add the thick coconut milk and stir. ≈ 4 min
  6. Season to your liking and remove from heat when the liquid thickens. ≈ 2 min
