Directions
- First, pour the cream or yogurt into a pot with a thick base. ≈ 3 min
- Stir for about 30 seconds, then add 1 cup of sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Continue to stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved and well mixed with the cream. ≈ 4 min
- Next, add 1 cup of milk and stir again until the milk is absorbed and the mixture is smooth. ≈ 4 min
- After stirring for 3 to 4 minutes, the mixture will thicken.
- Once it has reached a thick, paste-like consistency or begun to form a ball, transfer it to a dish. ≈ 10 min
- Once the dough has cooled slightly, knead it well by hand.
- Next, cut the dough into small pieces and shape them using your hands into round or flat shapes. ≈ 10 min
- Therefore, prepare all of these small dishes. ≈ 3 min
- In a separate container, heat 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar over medium heat until the mixture begins to boil and thicken slightly (about ¾ of the initial amount).
- Remove from the fire. ≈ 3 min
- In a bowl, combine the flour, rice flour, and buckwheat flour. ≈ 4 min
- Next, gradually add water to form a dough. ≈ 3 min
- Make sure the dough is neither too runny nor too thick. ≈ 3 min
- Heat enough oil paint in a pot.
- Once the oil paint is thoroughly heated, reduce the heat.
- Now, dip the pre-made crepes in flour, then place them in hot oil.
- Apply gold leaf to both sides using a hot pan and a small amount of oil paint.
- Once they are golden brown, remove them from the pan and immediately immerse them in a pre-made hot sugar syrup.
- If you soak the cookies in milk or another beverage for at least an hour, the liquid will penetrate the dough and the cookies will become softer.
