Directions
- Wash the globe artichokes and remove the stems. ≈ 8 min
- Place them in a saucepan and cover with water. ≈ 3 min
- Bring to a boil over high heat, covered.
- Add the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Let the food cook over low heat for about 1 hour in a pressure cooker, or for 2 hours in a regular pot.
- Drain and serve hot. ≈ 2 min
