- Use softened butter and powdered sugar, either with an electric hand mixer or a whisk, to achieve a smooth and even mixture. ≈ 3 min
- Gently add the flour, which already contains the yeast. ≈ 3 min
- Do not stop experimenting with the composition. ≈ 4 min
- The resulting dough should be soft and pliable, making it easy to shape into a ball. ≈ 10 min
- Divide the dough into several small balls, each about the size of an egg. ≈ 10 min
