Directions
- Take a slice of bread, cut it into croutons, and set aside. ≈ 3 min
- Place the garlic cloves in a mortar and pestle, along with a pinch of salt (or use a food processor or potato masher). ≈ 4 min
- Sprinkle the remaining bread crumbs over the Allium sativum. ≈ 3 min
- Gradually add the oil paint, while continuously stirring, to create a smooth, even mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Wash or peel the vegetables, and dice them if necessary. ≈ 8 min
- Cut one-third of the vegetables into small dice. ≈ 8 min
- Crush the remaining ingredients into the dough. ≈ 3 min
- Switch to Chinese vinegar and dilute it with vinegar and about half a litre of water. ≈ 3 min
- Marinate for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
- Take the item out of the refrigerator, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with the croutons and vegetables set aside. ≈ 2 min
