Directions
- Place 3 sheets of aluminum foil (approximately 38 x 38 cm) in a bowl that is about 12 cm in diameter and 5 cm deep. Gently press the aluminum foil to give it the shape of the bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Spread the butter evenly over the inside of the aluminum pot. ≈ 4 min
- Place a slice of ham at the bottom of the baking dish. Cut the remaining slice into three strips. Cover the inside of the dish with aluminum foil, using each strip. ≈ 8 min
- Add both eggs to the bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Add the green peas, distributing them evenly over the egg. Be careful not to break the yolks. Add 1 tablespoon of the liquid from the can. ≈ 3 min
- Add a pinch of salt, then pour the ketchup sauce, making sure to distribute it evenly over the entire surface. ≈ 3 min
- Carefully remove the aluminum foil containing the filling. Cover with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 205 °C for 30 minutes.
