Directions
- Thoroughly rinse the agar-agar. ≈ 2 min
- Dissolve it in water with the sugar while heating. ≈ 3 min
- Add the fruits and bring to a boil.
- Filter the liquid, then divide it into three equal parts. ≈ 3 min
- Lightly moisten the molds with a little water and place them in a container filled with ice. ≈ 3 min
- Pour each mold, pour over one-third of the jelly. Once the first layer has started to set, add a variety of fruits. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the the agar-agar jelly again, arrange the fruit, and then repeat the process for the final layer. ≈ 3 min
- Allow to fully cool before serving. ≈ 2 min
