Mi Goreng is a popular Indonesian dish of stir-fried noodles. This version with seafood is quick, flavorful, and generous.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the fish balls, chicken, Teuthida (squid), and shrimp, and cook until they change color.
  2. Add the chili peppers and new onions, then continue cooking. Stir in the noodles, sweet soy sauce, salt, and chili sauce, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  3. Serve it piping hot with your choice of side dishes. ≈ 2 min

  • 2 packs of fried noodles with chicken
  • 3 tablespoons of oil paint for cooking
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
  • 2 stalks of young onion, both the white and green parts
  • 200 g of peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 3 pieces of fish, cut into thin slices
  • 60 g of ground chicken
  • 100 g of Teuthida, without the ink
  • 2 red chili peppers, de-seeded
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
