Directions
- Clean the fish, season it, rinse it, and roll it in breadcrumbs mixed with flour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides, after making slits in the skin.
- Cook the apples in water, with their skins on. Then peel them and cut them into 2 to 4 pieces.
- Place the cooked fish in a dish, arrange the apples around it, season with salt and pepper, and then bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Combine the pomegranate sauce with the salt and crushed garlic, then add the chopped cilantro. ≈ 4 min
- Place the fish in a dish, sprinkle with sliced onion, and pour over with pomegranate sauce. ≈ 2 min
