These fried cheese sticks have a golden, crispy exterior and a soft, melted interior. They are perfect as an appetizer or snack, served with a spicy dipping sauce.

Directions

  1. Pour the flour and breadcrumbs into two large separate bowls. Crack the eggs into a large bowl. ≈ 3 min
  2. Cut the cheese sticks in half and roll them in flour. Whisk the eggs well, then dip the floured sticks in them to coat them thoroughly. Then, roll them in breadcrumbs to ensure they are well covered.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Dip the sticks into the oil and fry until they are golden brown, then drain them on a plate lined with paper towels for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Serve them with the spicy dipping sauce.
