Directions
- Bring a large pot of water and salt to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, add the broad beans gradually, so that the water continues to boil, then cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables and, if you are not going to cook them immediately, plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking process. ≈ 2 min
- Eat them with the skin on, or peel them one by one: the latter method takes longer, but the result is more delicate. ≈ 8 min
