Directions

  1. Cut the stems into thin strips. ≈ 3 min
  2. Bake the leeks in an oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown.
  3. Remove the racks from the oven and let them cool.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the cane sugar with a small amount of water.
  5. Once the sugar has melted, add the soy sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add the cooked vegetables and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. ≈ 2 min
