Pork trotters, slow-cooked Filipino style

Directions
- In a pot, bring the shank to a boil in enough water to soften it.
- Remove it and save the cooking broth.
- Brush the shrimp with soy sauce and fry it in hot oil until it turns golden brown.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot and submerge the shank in it to remove the fat.
- Take it out and remove the bones. ≈ 8 min
- Place the meat in an oven-safe dish or a hollow plate. ≈ 3 min
- Heat up some oil paint.
- Let’s revisit garlic and squid.
- Arrange them on the pork. ≈ 3 min
- Combine the oyster sauce, rice wine, fish sauce, cornstarch dissolved in water, sesame oil, and soy sauce. ≈ 4 min
- Pour this sauce over the pork. ≈ 3 min
- Steam for 1 hour, or until the pork is cooked through.
- Drizzle some oil paint over the Chinese cabbage or lettuce.
- Arrange them on a serving dish. ≈ 2 min
- Place the cooked patty on top. ≈ 3 min
