Directions
- Slice the cheese into very thin pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the garlic, rub it against the edge of a large knife to create a papery skin, then rub this skin on the inside of a pot. ≈ 8 min
- Add the cheese, wine, and cornstarch to the pot. ≈ 3 min
- Place the pot on a lit electric stove and stir with a wooden spoon, creating a criss-cross pattern. ≈ 4 min
- Once the cheese starts to melt, add the Kirsch liqueur and season to taste. ≈ 2 min
- Continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, thick cream. ≈ 4 min
