Dogus mahi is a local dish from the Bouchehr province in Iran. The fish is fried and then topped with a tomato sauce containing garlic, chili peppers, and saffron. It is spicy and is often served with rice.

Directions
- Wash the fish, cut it into pieces, season it with salt, and fry it. Set aside.
- Crush the garlic and use the grated onion as a substitute. ≈ 4 min
- Dilute the tomato concentrate in a glass of water and add it. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the salt, chili pepper, and spices, then let it simmer.
- Finally, add the saffron and pour the sauce over the fried fish. This dish is spicy; you can also serve it with rice.
