Directions
- Combine the fish, garlic, salt, and cooked rice. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and firm. ≈ 4 min
- Place the mixture in a container with holes at the bottom to allow for drainage. Cover with plastic wrap or a banana leaf and let it marinate for 2 to 3 days.
- Divide the preparation into portions of 150g or according to the desired quantity for retail sale. ≈ 2 min
- Package each portion in a plastic bag. Then, wrap it in a banana leaf for an attractive presentation and store it in the refrigerator.
