Fish fillet en papillote with onion, garlic and rosemary
A baked fish fillet in aluminum foil, with onions, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, and white wine: a cooking method that keeps the fish tender.
Cooking fish in parchment paper preserves its flavor and texture, and it’s a healthier option than frying. Sea bass, salmon, or cod are all suitable choices; you can also add carrots or asparagus.
