Directions
- Boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them in half. ≈ 8 min
- Combine the chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, chili pepper, asa-fida, and ginger-garlic paste, then add water gradually until you have a soft dough. ≈ 4 min
- Dip the cut eggs in the batter, then drop them into the hot oil and fry them on both sides.
- Once they are cooked, remove them from the oil and place them in a dish. ≈ 3 min
- Serve hot. ≈ 3 min
