Directions
- Peel the onion and slice it thinly. ≈ 8 min
- Place the duck fillet in a container and cover it with soy sauce. Let it marinate for at least two hours, ideally overnight.
- Prepare an orange marinade by cutting the segments and squeezing out the juice. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the marinated duck breast on each side until it is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the heat and let it rest.
- Use the cooking liquid to prepare the orange sauce by adding the orange juice and orange marinade. Stir until smooth.
