Dried apricots marinated in apricot brandy, cinnamon and orange
Dried apricots preserved in jars with a completely caramelized sugar syrup, flavored with cinnamon, cloves, and orange zest, and mixed with apricot brandy…
These apricot-infused liqueurs can be enjoyed on their own, dipped in chocolate, or used in cakes. They absorb a lot of liquid at the beginning: be sure to refill the bottles regularly.
