Directions
- Combine the eggs, milk, sugar, water, and salt in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Stir well until everything is fully combined, then let it rest.
- Combine the flour, yeast, powdered milk, and baking powder. ≈ 4 min
- Next, add the prepared water and knead the dough until all the water is absorbed. ≈ 10 min
- Add the butter to the flour and continue to knead until the mixture is smooth and consistent. ≈ 10 min
- Allow the dough to rest after kneading, so that it can rise.
- Once the dough has risen, it should be shaped into a ball and left to rest.
- Once the dough has rested, poke it with a fork to create air pockets, then let it rest again.
- Add the prepared dough and either fry or bake it.
- Then, serve. ≈ 2 min
