Directions
- Grind the corn and chop it finely. Then, turn it into flour. ≈ 8 min
- Scrape the coconut to obtain a thick cream. Cook the cream with the sugar and food coloring until it thickens.
- Peel the cassava and remove the fibers. ≈ 8 min
- Mix the cassava with the sugar and coconut, and stir until a smooth consistency is achieved. Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
- Make dolci balls and wrap them in parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
