Date cream is a refreshing, airy, and soft dessert. It only requires three ingredients and a little patience in the refrigerator.

Directions
- Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. Slice the dates into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Gently mix the yogurt and cream together with a spatula, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream. Then, add the dates gradually. ≈ 4 min
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to allow the cream to set.
- When serving, do not stir the cream to preserve its smooth texture. ≈ 4 min
