This Serbian soup features daikon, alongside carrot, potato, and parsley. The vegetables are first sautéed in butter with a little flour. A half-hour of simmering is all that’s needed.

Directions
- Wash and peel the radishes, then cut them into small sticks and toss them in the melted butter. ≈ 8 min
- Add the grated carrot, diced potato, chopped parsley, and flour. ≈ 3 min
- When the flour turns golden, pour in the 2 liters of water and cook for about 30 minutes at medium heat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste towards the end of cooking. ≈ 2 min
