Directions
- “Sabzi ash” (herb soup) involves washing and finely chopping fresh mint, parsley, cilantro, and spinach. ≈ 8 min
- In a pot, pour in three cups of water and cook the vegetables and rice.
- Once the rice is cooked and the broth has thickened, finely chop an onion and sauté it in a pan with turmeric and salt.
- Next, add the onion to the soup after pouring in the lemon zest broth.
- Next, add a few drops of elderflower cordial to flavour the soup, then prepare the mint tea and pour it over the soup. ≈ 3 min
- If we want to make a pineapple soup, a tomato soup, an orange soup, a vinegar soup, a plum soup, or an apricot soup, instead of using plums, we can add each of the ingredients mentioned in the soup to achieve the desired result. ≈ 3 min
