- Wash the corn, then soak it overnight in water.
- Remove the outer shell of the grains. ≈ 2 min
- Once the skin has been removed, cook the corn in steam until it is tender.
- Next, boil the corn with the coconut milk and salt. Add the mung beans, tolo beans, squash leaves, etc.
