Directions
- Clean the cod by removing as many bones as possible without breaking it. Dredge it in flour, dip it in beaten eggs, and then fry it in oil. As it cooks, place it in a pot.
- In the remaining oil paint, lightly coat the peeled and chopped onions with 2 cloves of Allium sativum. In a separate bowl, finely chop the remaining 2 cloves of Allium sativum with the parsley, cumin, pepper, saffron, and pine nuts. Add the onions to this mixture.
- Pour the everything over the cod, add the bay leaf and water, then simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
