Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, butter, yeast, egg yolks, and egg whites. Knead until a smooth and elastic dough forms. ≈ 10 min
  2. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
  3. Roll out the dough on a clean surface using a rolling pin, until it is about 4 mm thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out the cookies. ≈ 8 min
  4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 160 °C.
