Churros are traditional Spanish pastries, often sold at fairs or in dedicated churrerias. They are made from a fried dough in the shape of thick spaghetti and are typically sprinkled with granulated sugar.

Directions
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the flour and mix until the dough is smooth and pulls away from the sides of the pot. ≈ 4 min
- Place the dough in a 1 cm diameter piping bag.
- Heat the oil paint in a deep-fat fryer.
- Create 10 cm long lines of dough using your piping bag, directly onto the pan.
- Fry the churros for 1 minute on each side, flipping them over.
- Take several turns. ≈ 3 min
- Allow to drain on absorbent paper. ≈ 2 min
- Sprinkle with granulated sugar. ≈ 2 min
- Serve hot. ≈ 2 min
