Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour them into a pot, preferably one made of enamel or copper. ≈ 4 min
- Heat gently until the mixture begins to simmer.
- Then, reduce the heat and stir occasionally to prevent the bottom from sticking.
- Once the mixture has the consistency of a pancake batter, remove the pot from the heat. ≈ 3 min
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and pour the mixture onto it. ≈ 3 min
- Next, filter the mixture to remove any remaining solids. ≈ 3 min
- Sprinkle the top with crushed pistachios. ≈ 3 min
- Let it rest for 5 hours at room temperature, so that the dough can rise.
