Chocolate mousse and Irish cream Baileys

This Baileys chocolate mousse is a simple yet impressive dessert, suitable for both a formal dinner and a buffet. Please note: a single serving contains approximately 475 calories.

Directions
- Pour this, pour 250 ml of cream into a saucepan. Crush the chocolate: the easiest way is to put it in a sealed plastic bag and then bash it with the handle of a hammer.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir the crushed chocolate into the warm cream until it is completely melted. Allow to cool completely.
- Add 6 tablespoons of Baileys and stir. ≈ 4 min
- Keep refrigerated for at least 5 hours.
- Whip the cold cream with an electric hand mixer until it is firm. Then, add the cream stabilizer and whip again. ≈ 4 min
- Spoon the cream into individual serving glasses. ≈ 3 min
- Whip the remaining 150ml of cream into firm whipped cream, gradually adding the vanilla sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Alternatively, you could store everything in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, spoon the whipped cream over the mousse, detach the two Giotto wafers by scraping the edges, and sprinkle the whipped cream with the wafers. ≈ 2 min
- Decorate each individual serving with a whole Giotto melon and serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
