Directions
- The cashew nuts are placed in a plastic bag, and then 3 tablespoons are removed to be placed in a separate bowl (for sprinkling on the cake). ≈ 2 min
- 200g of Zarbitter chocolate, finely chopped, and melted butter, placed in a heat-resistant container on a hot plate, until the chocolate is completely melted. ≈ 3 min

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, 4 tablespoons of warm water, and a pinch of salt. ≈ 4 min
- Beat everything together with a mixer until you achieve a creamy consistency and a slightly yellow color. ≈ 4 min
- Next, add the melted chocolate and gently mix with a spatula to ensure the chocolate is thoroughly incorporated into the mixture. ≈ 4 min
- The sifted flour, the tamed batter, and the cashew nuts (see step 1) are added to the cream mixture, and then the entire mixture is gently mixed with a spatula until the flour and cashew nuts are well incorporated. ≈ 3 min
- Next, the mixture is poured into a rectangular mold (with a capacity of approximately 2 liters) or into a baking dish lined with parchment paper or greased, ensuring that the mixture is evenly distributed across the entire surface. ≈ 3 min
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F) for 10 minutes.
- Bake the cakes for approximately 30 minutes.
- Use a toothpick to check if the cakes are cooked through. ≈ 3 min
