Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C (320 °F).

- Avoid overheating, and melt in the microwave for about 5 minutes.
- Combine 85 grams of all-purpose flour, 85 grams of wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, 200 grams of Moro sugar, 200 grams of sugar, and 25 grams of cocoa. ≈ 4 min

- Whisk 3 eggs with 75 ml of buttermilk. ≈ 4 min
- Drive at an average speed. ≈ 4 min
- Add the melted chocolate and beaten eggs to the flour mixture, and mix well until a smooth batter forms. ≈ 4 min
- Place the cookies in the prepared baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- If you gently push the toothpick through the center, you can easily turn them out, and they will be delicious. ≈ 3 min
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- To prepare the icing, add 200 grams of finely chopped chocolate to a bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Next, pour 300 ml of cream into a bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and heat until the mixture begins to boil.
- Turn off the lights and add the chocolate. ≈ 3 min
