Directions

- Mix together the pea flour, ground pepper, salt, and water to create a dough. ≈ 4 min

- Add cooked cabbage florets, which have been steamed in boiling water, and then thoroughly blended.
- Heat some oil and fry the cabbage flowers until they are crispy.

- To do this, start by heating a medium-sized saucepan.
- Add oil paint to the container. ≈ 3 min
- Once the oil paint is thoroughly heated, add the mixture of onion, ginger, and chili paste. ≈ 3 min

- Then, add the green peppers and chopped onions. ≈ 3 min
