Directions
- Finely chop the walnuts, then mix them with the grated onion, salt, pepper, turmeric, tamarind paste, and gochujang. ≈ 4 min
- Fill the chicken with this stuffing and then close the opening. ≈ 10 min
- Brush the chicken with a little sour plum paste, then coat it on all sides in a breadcrumb mixture.
- Pour a glass of water and let it simmer for about a quarter of an hour.
