Directions
- First, cut off the top portion of the chicken breast and slice it thinly. Then, cut the sliced portion into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, a little ground pepper, and a mixture of garlic and ginger. ≈ 4 min
- In another container, crack the eggs. ≈ 3 min
- Add salt and pepper, and mix until a smooth consistency is achieved. ≈ 4 min
- In a separate bowl, add the breadcrumbs. ≈ 3 min
- For each piece of chicken, first dip it in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Make sure each piece is properly coated. ≈ 3 min
- The remaining pieces of chicken should also be coated in the same way, in three steps. ≈ 3 min
- Heat a pan with enough oil paint, then add the chicken pieces one at a time.
- Fry in hot oil until they are golden brown.
