Directions
- First, sauté the onion in a pan with a small amount of oil.
- Then, add the ground chicken, a paste made from garlic and ginger, fresh chili peppers, and salt. ≈ 3 min
- Cook everything until the meat is fully cooked.
- Next, add the cilantro leaves and the blend of warm spices, and mix gently. ≈ 4 min
- Let it rest for a few minutes to allow the mixture to cool.
- Next, mix the ground meat with the crushed stale bread and one egg, thoroughly combining all the ingredients. ≈ 4 min
- Now, break the remaining eggs and prepare a thin layer of “omelette” (cook the beaten eggs in a non-stick pan with a little oil, spreading them thinly).
- Fill the center of the dough with the filling, then roll it up like a log. ≈ 10 min
- If necessary, seal the ends with maize starch. ≈ 3 min
- Prepare all the skewers in this way and fry them in hot oil until they are nicely browned.
