Directions
- Rinse the chicken carcass and dry it with paper towels. ≈ 2 min
- In a bowl, combine the Herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Rub this mixture all over the chicken. ≈ 4 min
- Cut the mushrooms into quarters and finely chop the onion. ≈ 8 min
- Place the dish in the oven, arrange the mushrooms at the bottom, and then add the chopped onion. ≈ 3 min
- Place the chicken breast on top of the vegetables, ensuring that the butter covers the entire surface. ≈ 3 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
