Directions
- Clean the chicken, lightly rub with salt, and rinse with water to remove any lingering odors. ≈ 8 min
- Chop the Allium sativum at the joint or into small pieces, depending on your preference. ≈ 8 min
- Place the chicken pieces in a bowl, and season them with salt, a teaspoon of sugar, and two tablespoons of fish sauce. ≈ 2 min
- Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
