Directions

  1. Place the water and orange blossom water in a large pot over medium heat. Stir with a wooden spoon. ≈ 4 min
  2. Add the ground cinnamon and mix until it is completely dissolved. Then, add the sugar and mix everything thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
  3. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, pour the drink into a pitcher and let it cool in the refrigerator. Serve with quince jam or seasonal fruits.
