Directions
- Grate the cheese or cut it into small pieces. Chop the parsley or basil. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the cores, and chop them finely. Peel and chop the onion. Optionally, dice the ham or salami. ≈ 8 min
- Combine the tomatoes, onion, cheese, herbs, and any meat. Spread evenly over one half of each tortilla, fold the other half over, and press gently. ≈ 4 min
- Gild in a dry pan for about 3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted.
- Cut each quesadilla into slices, like a cake. ≈ 8 min
