Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190-200 °C. While the oven is heating up, knead the crust dough and whisk the filling until it is smooth.
- Lightly grease the springform pan with a brush, then spread the dough evenly, making sure to go up the sides a little. ≈ 3 min
- Pour evenly distribute the filling, spread it over the base. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for approximately 50 minutes with the convection function turned off (using only the oven’s heat), then for an additional 10 minutes with the top heat on to lightly brown the surface.
- Make sure the cake is completely cool before inverting it.
- It is best enjoyed the following day, when the flavors have fully developed. ≈ 3 min
