This baked cauliflower is easy to prepare: simply boil it, then bake it in the oven. The breadcrumbs and cheese brown attractively, and the fresh dill adds a refreshing touch.

Directions

  1. Cook the cauliflower partially in boiling, salted water with added sugar and lemon juice. Drain it, cut it into florets, and arrange them in an oven-safe dish. Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs mixed with nutmeg. ≈ 3 min
  2. Place in a preheated oven at 200 °C and bake until golden brown.
  3. Remove the dish from the oven when the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are golden brown. ≈ 3 min
  4. Garnish with chopped dill before serving. ≈ 2 min

  • 150 g of grated yellow cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
