Directions
- Prepare the dough according to Bona’s recipe. ≈ 3 min
- Chop the onion into julienne, creating thin strips about 3 mm thick and 6 cm long. ≈ 8 min
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add the garlic, onion, a little red paprika, and salt. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.
- Once the dough is ready, spread it evenly in a baking dish or oven-safe container. Let it rest for a few minutes.
- Pour: Mix the vegetables with the dough and form small portions. ≈ 10 min
- Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 180-200 °C, until the edges are dry but not burnt.
- Use a stand mixer to knead the dough. ≈ 10 min
- Use a glass to shape the portions. ≈ 3 min
- Use a baking dish and a saucepan for preparing the vegetables. ≈ 3 min
