- Catfish, cleaned and seasoned with 1 teaspoon of sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of fish sauce. Also, 1/2 teaspoon of oil and chopped onion. ≈ 2 min
- Brussels sprouts washed, drained, and cut into 3 cm pieces. ≈ 3 min
- Hot peppers, washed and crushed. ≈ 3 min
- Recreate the image of chopped garlic in oil paint, then add the fermented cabbage and make it jump.
- Season with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. ≈ 2 min
- Add the sautéed vegetables to the pot, then place the fish on top. ≈ 3 min
- Pour, water until it almost covers the fish. ≈ 3 min
- Add the hot peppers to the pot and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Once the water starts to reduce, turn off the heat and sprinkle in a spoonful of pepper.
