Directions
- Clean and dry the fish using fish oil paint. ≈ 8 min
- Cut the fish into 5 cm long pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Prepare a marinade using onion, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of yeast powder, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1.5 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of food coloring, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of oil paint.
- After removing the stem, the sea mushrooms need to be soaked in salted water for about 5 minutes.
- Next, rinse and drain. ≈ 2 min
- The small mushrooms can be used as is, while the larger ones need to be cut in half. ≈ 3 min
- Finely chop the basil and the hot peppers. ≈ 8 min
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil paint, then coat the entire fish on both sides until it is golden brown.
- Add hot water to cook the fish by steaming.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, then add the mussels, season with salt (1/4 teaspoon of fish sauce), and add chives and chili pepper.
