Directions
- In a saucepan with warm oil, return the peeled and quartered onion, the peeled Allium sativum head, the diced bacon, and the bay leaf, until they are lightly browned.
- Add the pieces of cod, cover well with parchment paper or aluminum foil, and place a plate filled with water on top. Stir occasionally and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Taste and adjust the salt as needed.
