Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped bacon. Add the fish and cook thoroughly, then pour in the white wine. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently for 25 to 30 minutes, adding water if necessary.
  2. As the dish is nearing completion, add the breadcrumbs, grated chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, saffron, and boiled milk.
  3. Pour the sauce over the fish, then add a little water if the sauce is too thick. ≈ 3 min
  4. Serve the fish with a sauce, garnished with parsley, and accompanied by small, fried bread triangles.
