Directions
- Grate the cassava, then squeeze it to extract the water. ≈ 8 min
- Grind the allium ascalonicum, allium sativum, cilantro, and salt into a paste. Mix this paste with the squeezed cassava and the laurel.
- Shape the dough into sticks about the size of your thumb, approximately 3 to 4 cm long. ≈ 10 min
