Directions
- Whisk the two eggs with a pinch of salt, then cook them as scrambled eggs in a small amount of oil, and set aside.
- Cook the rice in salted water.
- Pour each onion, pour two tablespoons of oil paint into a pan and then coat the onion with the ham pieces.
- When they are golden, add the soy sauce, rice, green peas (frozen or canned), and chopped eggs. ≈ 3 min
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients over high heat, then serve immediately. ≈ 4 min
